James J. Rooney is the Director of Training Services for the Oil, Gas and Chemical Division of Õ¬Äе¼º½. He has more than 40 years of experience in training, keynoting, human factors, root cause analysis, quality, risk assessment, process safety management and enterprise risk management. Jim is a Past Chair of the Board of Directors of ASQ and holds 10 ASQ certifications. He is an ASQ Fellow, a reviewer for Quality Progress magazine, a columnist for Six Sigma Forum magazine and Associate Editor for The Journal for Quality and Participation. He was named a Jack Daniel's Tennessee Squire for his contributions to the quality profession. Jim is also a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
