12:15 PM | Cyber Threat Brief As adversaries expand their capability and intent to attack Operational Technology systems, the threat to the MTS grows. Awareness of the tactics attackers are employing against the MTS can help organizations adequately prepare to defend against these adversaries. In this brief, industry leaders in cyber threat intelligence will discuss some of these emerging threats facing the maritime industry. |

1:15 PM | Working Group: Government and Industry Maritime Cybersecurity Collaboration The recent Maritime Cybersecurity Executive Order and Coast Guard Notice of Proposed Rulemaking have increased the awareness of cyber challenges within the MTS. This working group will discuss ways Government and Industry can effectively collaborate, review cyber “buzz words” and establish a common definition and identify ways to contextualize and prioritize cyber risk. |

3:00 PM | Panel Discussion: IACS UR E26/27 Cybersecurity is increasingly becoming integrated in MTS regulatory frameworks. The new IACS requirements – UR E26/27 – will be implemented on all new construction ships and non-mandatory guidance for all other ships after 1 July 2024. This panel will highlight the regulations and the results of its implementation from a vendor, classification society, and customer perspective. |

4:00 PM | Panel Discussion: Maritime Cybersecurity Risk Management Cyber systems lie at the very heart of the proper functioning of maritime facilities. Understanding the risks facing these systems and the management and technical solutions to mitigate this risk can be a challenge. This panel will highlight common vulnerabilities we see in our cybersecurity assessments and recommend controls to improve your cybersecurity posture. |
