Next Generation Risk Management Tool by Õ¬Äе¼º½ Addresses Cultural Factors to Improve Safety, Reliability and Quality Performance
Õ¬Äе¼º½ developed the CCA methodology over 10 years evaluating data insights that identify the leading cultural factors that have contributed to major incidents and benchmarking the approach to over a dozen culture assessment models. This new approach leverages 45 years of incident investigation/root cause analysis and process safety management (PSM) expertise and builds on our company's reputation as a leader in Process Safety and Risk Management.
"Organizations struggle to achieve 'drive to zero' safety objectives," says Ryan Moody, Õ¬Äе¼º½ President
As an advanced risk management tool, CCA will allow organizations to create lasting changes that promote sustainable, outstanding performance in safety leadership.
"CCA is an important breakthrough," says Steve Arendt, Õ¬Äе¼º½ Vice President of Oil, Gas and Chemical Services and the 2019 recipient of the Norton H. Walton/Russell L. Miller Award in Safety/Loss Prevention presented by American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). "This method can be used as part of a proactive culture evaluation or following a process safety event to understand the culture disease pathology that may be affecting a company and how best to return to good process safety health."
To learn more about CCA, visit Õ¬Äе¼º½ at booth 313 at the 2019 AIChE GCPS event taking place this week, March 31-April 4, at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans.
