Cultural Cause Analysis™ (CCA) is a next-generation root cause analysis (RCA) methodology and risk management tool which maps process safety incidents in order to mitigate cultural hazards.

This new approach leverages 45 years of incident investigation/root cause analysis and process safety management (PSM) expertise and builds on our company's reputation as a leader in Process Safety and Risk Management.
